The district is required by Title IX and Part 106 of Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations not to discriminate in such a manner. This requirement not to discriminate extends to admission and employment, and inquiries about the application of Title IX and Part 106 to such recipient may be referred to the district’s Title IX Coordinator, to the Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Department of Education, or both.

To report or file a complaint of sex discrimination, contact our Title IX Coordinators above. See the School Board policies 600 series for complaint procedures.
