School Flyers

Peachjar is an application that allows SASD to share educational opportunity flyers with families digitally.

Peachjar does not take the place of our current communication channels, such as e-news or emails.  Instead, it is an addition that allows us to provide families with additional educational opportunities.

For Families

At SASD, we are committed to educational excellence and ensuring that families stay informed about activities and events that may enhance their child's life. 

In an effort to improve parent and community engagement, we will begin using Peachjar to send digital flyers directly to families. Peachjar is an electronic flyer communication tool and has replaced paper distribution. You will receive digital flyers delivered to your inbox once per week, and you can also access flyers by simply clicking Quicklinks and Flyers on your school's website.

If you do not receive the Welcome email by November 1 and you wish to receive flyers, please go to and add your name and school.

If you would like to add additional family members, go to and add your name and school.

Families can manage their notification settings by logging into Peachjar. For example, if you only want to receive a Peachjar email monthly, you can change your notification preferences.

For Community Organizations

Getting your message in front of parents can be difficult. Getting them to pay attention and engage with your content is an even greater challenge. 

In an effort to provide our families and students with more valuable school and community resources, SASD will begin sending flyers to parents digitally through Peachjar.  Your organization starts by uploading a flyer to Peachjar.  Once your flyer is approved, it is emailed to families on behalf of their child's school and is posted to the school's web flyerboard.

Parents can view your flyer on the go, share on social media or send it to a friend – you can even view metrics to see how your flyer is performing.  View how to upload a flyer to Peachjar.

  • Call to Action (CTA) buttons on your digital flyer allow families to go straight to your website or online registration page.
  • You can see how many families reached your message, how many opened your newsletter, and how many clicked to find out more information.

  • Peachjar is ADA compliant, meaning it allows users with screenreaders to consume the contents of flyers.

  • Peachjar has a free-for-free program, explained below.

Step by Step instructions

  1. Visit

  2. Register as an Enrichment / Community Organization (account type)

  3. Purchase credits based on how many schools you want to distribute flyers at. Peachjar charges a fee for this service that is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school.

  4. Upload your flyer for approval in a PDF format

  5. District staff will review the material and approve or deny based on the District Flyer Guidelines.

  6. Once uploaded, go to the school's website, click on Peachjar to see all active flyers.

Community Free Program (Free-for-Free)

Peachjar’s service fee will be waived at SASD when a local community organization is promoting a free event that does not entice participants to join a fee-based program, or purchase products or services (Free-for-Free). Community Free (Free-for-Free) flyer distribution is limited to one posting per organization every 30 days.

The Community Free Program (Free-for-Free) is based on each flyer or event. Please contact to see if your flyer qualifies.
