Peachjar is an application that allows our schools and community organizations to share educational opportunities with families digitally.
What is Peachjar?
Getting your message in front of families can be difficult. Getting them to pay attention and engage with your content is an even greater challenge.
Peachjar is our solution! Your organization starts by uploading a flyer to Peachjar, we approve it if it meets our guidelines, and it is emailed to families on behalf of their child's school. It is also posted to the school and district's digital flyerboard.
How do I register my organization?
Register as an Enrichment / Community Organization (account type)
Purchase credits based on how many schools you want to distribute flyers at. Peachjar charges a fee for this service that is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school. Peachjar also has a community free program.
Upload your flyer for approval in a PDF format that meets our District Flyer Guidelines.
Wait for approval: Our staff will review the flyer and approve or deny based on the District Flyer Guidelines.
Once posted, you can log into your Peachjar account and monitor the metrics.
What's the Community Free Program?
Peachjar’s service fee will be waived at SASD when a local community organization is promoting a free event that does not entice participants to join a fee-based program or to purchase products or services (Free-for-Free). Community Free flyer distribution is limited to one posting per organization every 30 days.
The Community Free Program is based on each flyer or event, rather than your organization type (government, non-profit or for-profit). Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to see if your flyer qualifies.
