It's official! SASD adds text messaging
Beginning on August 11, the district will add text messaging to our communication channels. We are excited to be able to deliver text messages straight to your mobile phone with relevant information.
When it becomes available on August 11, we’ll send you a text message.
If you receive a text message from us and wish to continue receiving texts from us, send a text message of “Y” or “Yes” back.
If you do not receive a text message from us, use your mobile device to text “Y” or “Yes” to our district’s short code number, 67587. If you try this and are still unable to sign up, let us know what error code you receive at email@example.com, and we'll get back to you.
Families and community members can sign up to receive our monthly District e-Newsletter, which includes news, photo galleries, volunteer and workshop opportunities, videos and more.
Twice a year, our District mails out a newsletter titled "The Viking Voice" to most of the households in the District. Click on the thumbnail on the left for a copy of the most recent edition.
