Viking Marching Band

Named for one of the original SHS bands, the Stoughton High School Viking Marching Band prepares and performs an annual field show. This group is comprised of Symphonic Band members, but is also open by audition to any Band student in grades 9-12.

Music Rehearsal

July 10, 6:30-8:30 PM

Band Camp

  • July 14, 15, 16, 17, 18; 8 AM-5 PM
  • Parent Performance, July 18 5:30 PM

Monday/Thursday Evening Rehearsals

Evening rehearsals begin after Band Camp and run until the end of the season.  All rehearsals start at 6:30 PM and last until 8:30 PM.  Students MUST be ready to play/practice by 6:30 PM so plan on arriving early to get set up.  If a student is arriving late because of an athletic practice, please fill out a conflict form.

  • WSMA State Marching Band Championships @ UW Whitewater Perkins Stadium, October 18.  Performance time 8:20 PM, all other times TBD
