Choir

The Choirs of Stoughton High School in Stoughton, Wisconsin enjoy a rich tradition of musical excellence. Music in the Stoughton Area School district has earned the reputation of enduring quality throughout the state. The high school choral department includes 6 choirs comprised of approximately 175 students. The concert season includes several traditional concerts, a fall musical, a Renaissance Madrigal Dinner, a Pops Concert, and a Sacred Concert. Many students from these choirs actively participate in Wisconsin School Music Association state sponsored events.

Stoughton High School Concert Choir and Madrigal Singers have attained national recognition. Both choirs regularly tour throughout the United States. Previous tours have included New York City, New Orleans, St. Louis, Chicago, Minneapolis and Florida. The choirs have had featured performances at Carnegie Hall (New York), The Lincoln Center (New York), Orchestra Hall (Chicago), and Disney World (Florida).
