Welcome Back for Grades K-5
Grades K-5 teacher placements will be available on August 5, 2025, accessed through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. After receiving your teacher placement, you will receive sign-ups for Back to School conferences.
Back to School Conferences will take place at your student's elementary school. Conferences are by appointment on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 from 7:30am - 7pm. School pictures will be taken on your conference day.
If you can't make it to conferences, please reach out to your teacher. Make-up/Retake School pictures will be taken on October 16, 2025.
Welcome Back & Open Houses for Grades 6-12
Registration for Grades 6-12 will be at your child's school (River Bluff or SHS) on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. and Tuesday, August 19, 2025 from 2-7 p.m. No appointment is needed. School pictures will be taken.
If you can’t make it to registration, school pictures will be taken on makeup day and schedules can be accessed on Infinite Campus.
Middle School Open House for grades 6-8 will be TBD, 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm.
School begins Tuesday, September 2, 2025 and ends Tuesday, June 9, 2026.
Winter & Spring Break
No School (Winter Break): Monday, December 22, 2025 through Friday, January 2, 2026. Classes resume Monday, January 5.
No School (Spring Break): March 23, 2026 through March 27, 2026. Classes resume Monday, March 30, 2026.

Health Services
Our Health Services staff will have a booth at our Back to School events. Items to drop off include:
Medication drop-off and completed medication forms
Reminder to incoming 7th graders: Make sure to receive your required Tdap immunization and inform the health services team when completed. Immunization record or copy of WIR (Wisconsin Immunization Registry) needs to be shown at registration.
High school and middle school schedules will be available TBD. We will notify you via email.
Grades K-5 teacher placements will also be available TBD accessed through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. After receiving your teacher placement, you will receive signups for Back to School conferences.

Elementary students access devices at school, and high school and middle school students have assigned devices that they are expected to bring to and from school.
ALL SASD families are reminded to download and sign up for the Stopfinder app! All families must use the app to receive next year’s route information and communications from the transportation department.
Via the Stopfinder app, families with students eligible for transportation will receive a message from our transportation department over the summer. Please read the Stopfinder message carefully and complete the form that will be provided.
Students that have been automatically approved through the state should have received a letter via mail from Jenny McKenna. If you have not received a letter, you may apply through the application found in Food Services.
