Heartland Farm Sanctuary
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
- Description: Heartland Farm Sanctuary is a safe, welcoming space where people and farm animals come together to experience growth, healing and connection. Our students are going to expand our knowledge of farm animals in conjunction with our Wit and Wisdom module 2 Once Upon a Farm.
- Chaperones: Yes! Please confirm with your student's homeroom teacher and meet the Kindergarteners there!
- Trip cost: $11.00 paid online through your Infinite Campus Parent Portal

Kegonsa State Park
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
- Description: Lake Kegonsa State Park offers a variety of recreational activities set along a 3,200-acre lake. A swimming beach, picnic areas with shelters, and a boat launch. Fishing opportunities are excellent, while hiking trails weave among oak woodlands, prairies and wetlands.
- Chaperones: Yes! Please confirm with your student's homeroom teacher and meet the Kindergarteners there!
- Trip cost: $5.00 paid online through your Infinite Campus Parent Portal

- You may also selection "optional fee" to contribute additional funds for a student in need

- Chaperones: Yes, there is a limited number of chaperones allowed on this trip. Please connect with your student's homeroom teacher with your interest. Events include hands-on science exhibitions, demonstrations, performances, tours, pub nights, workshops and more.
