Educator Compensation
Welcome to the Educator Compensation page, where you can find videos, documents and presentations about the compensation plan that has been approved for Stoughton Area School District educators.
The framework for this compensation plan was developed by a committee of educators and administrators and approved the District Board of Education in early summer 2018. The intent is for this new framework to be implemented for the 2019-20 contracts after the completion of the bargaining process.
