Back to School Events

Our annual online registration is closed.

In addition to online registration, you will also attend one or both of the following events, depending on the ages of your children:

Central Registration (Only Grades 6-12)

Central Registration (only grades 6-12) will be at Stoughton High School on Thursday, August 12 from 7 a.m.-12 p.m. or Tuesday, August 17 from 2-7 p.m. Please park in the back parking lot off Devonshire Road and enter through door 20. We will have signage to get you to the right place. No appointment is needed. School pictures will be taken.

If you can’t make it to registration, school pictures will be taken on make up day and schedules can be accessed on Infinite Campus.

COVID-19 Reminder: Remember that we are masking indoors and you should not attend registration if you have symptoms of COVID-19. Your student can make up school pictures on make up day.

Back to School Conferences and Teacher Placements (Only Grades K-5)

Grades K-5 teacher placements will be available on August 12 through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Within a week of teacher placement, you will receive sign-ups for Back to School conferences from your teacher or principal.

Back to School Conferences will take place at your student's elementary school. Conferences are on Thursday, August 26 from 2-6:30 p.m. and Friday, August 27 from 7:30 a.m.-12 p.m.

School pictures will be taken on your conference day. We added 30 minutes of extra time to the beginning and end of our two conference days for school pictures: School pictures are available Thursday, August 26 from 1:30-7 p.m. and Friday, August 27 from 7 a.m.-1 p.m.

If you are unable to attend conferences, please reach out to your teacher after August 12. School pictures can be taken on make up day.

Dates & Times

Don't forget these August dates!

  • Online registration (All families) is open now through August 25. Click here to complete your online registration on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
  • Central Registration (Only Grades 6-12) at Stoughton High School. No appointment needed. Come anytime on August 12 from 7 a.m.-12 p.m. or August 17 from 2-7 p.m. School pictures will be taken.
  • Back to School Conferences (Only Grades K-5) at your student's elementary school. Conferences are on Thursday, August 26 from 2-6:30 p.m. and Friday, August 27 from 7:30 a.m.-12 p.m. School pictures will be taken. Conference sign-ups will be sent by your teacher or principal within a week of teacher placement release on August 12.

Food Service

School meals are free for the 2021-22 school year! There are some limitations, including ala carte items for high school and middle school students, and school milk for elementary students.

Even though school meals are 100% free for all students, families who may qualify for Free & Reduced Meals are highly encouraged to complete the Free & Reduced Meals application to be eligible for potential additional benefits.

Schedules & Teacher Placements

Student Technology

Student technology returns to a "normal" year: Elementary students access devices at school, and high school and middle school students have assigned devices that they are expected to bring to and from school.

Transportation

Transportation

Families of students eligible for transportation will receive an email from our transportation department by Thursday, July 15 informing you of your eligibility. Please read the email closely and fill out the form that will be provided. Responses are due by end of day July 23.

Requests for transportation during the summer months MUST be submitted via the ineligible form that will go live on July 19.  

Students eligible to ride requesting a pick up or drop off location not based on their home address OR students ineligible to ride based on their home to school distance will be able to submit requests starting on July 19. Forms will be available on our Transportation Webpage.
