About Grades K-12 Online Registration

Our annual online registration is now open and required for all families.  In this online process, you will do the following between July 14 and July 23:

  • Confirm or revise student and household information
  • Sign off on the Student Handbook and the annual Free & Reduced Meals application, if applicable, and
  • Pay your registration fee. (What is my registration fee for? To help support the cost of providing every student a device as well as consumable supplies and other costs.)

In addition to online registration, you will also attend one or both of the following events, depending on the ages of your children:

  • Central Registration (Only Grades 6-12) at Stoughton High School. No appointment needed. Come anytime on August 12 from 7AM-12PM or August 17 from 2-7PM. School pictures will be taken.
  • Back to School Conferences (Only Grades K-5) at your student's elementary school. Conferences are by appointment on August 26 from 1:30-7PM and August 27 from 7AM-1PM. School pictures will be taken. Conference sign-ups will be sent by your teacher or principal within a week of teacher placement release on August 12.

COVID-19 Information

To make informed decisions about the upcoming 2021-22 school year, we await the school guidance from education and public health experts. These decisions include masking, physical distancing and quarantining. (Note: We are reviewing the CDC's most recent school guidance released on Friday, July 9.)

Don't forget these August dates!

  • Online registration (All families) is open now through July 23. Click here to complete your online registration on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
  • Central Registration (Only Grades 6-12) at Stoughton High School. No appointment needed. Come anytime on August 12 from 7AM-12PM or August 17 from 2-7PM. School pictures will be taken.

First & Last Day of School

Food Service

School meals are free for the 2021-22 school year! There are some limitations, including ala carte items for high school and middle school students, and school milk for elementary students.

Even though school meals are 100% free for all students, families who may qualify for Free & Reduced Meals are highly encouraged to complete the Free & Reduced Meals application to be eligible for potential additional benefits.

Schedules & Teacher Placements

  • High school and middle school schedules will be available during Central Registration.

  • Grades K-5 teacher placements will be available on August 12 through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Within a week of teacher placement, you will receive sign-ups for Back to School conferences from your teacher or principal. If you are unable to attend conferences, please reach out to your teacher after August 12.

 


School Pictures

School pictures will take place at Central Registration (Grades 6-12) and Back to School Conferences (Grades K-5). If you can't make it on these days, visit our School Pictures webpage for makeup days.

Student Technology

Student technology returns to a "normal" year: Elementary students access devices at school, and high school and middle school students have assigned devices that they are expected to bring to and from school.

Transportation

Transportation

Families of students eligible for transportation will receive an email from our transportation department by Thursday, July 15 informing you of your eligibility. Please read the email closely and fill out the form that will be provided. Responses are due by end of day July 23.

IMPORTANT!!!!!! Requests for transportation during the summer months MUST be submitted via the ineligible form that will go live on July 19.  

Students eligible to ride requesting a pick up or drop off location not based on their home address OR students ineligible to ride based on their home to school distance will be able to submit requests starting on July 19. Forms will be available on our Transportation Webpage.
