STUDENT TECHNOLOGY |

Please review ongoing technology updates in our District Digest communications found here. Our technology team is currently working on the plan for student devices for the 20-21 school year. Our student materials pick-up days are August 26 and 27, times to be determined. All kindergarten students will receive an iPad and all 1-12 students will receive Chromebooks. Families without reliable internet access may qualify for a district-owned hotspot. No action is required of families at this time.
NOTE: If you had a student in grades K-5 LAST YEAR, were given a district hot spot and have not returned it, please do so as soon as possible following these guidelines: Device should be labeled with the student name and brought to the district office at 320 North St. Hours are M-R 8am-3:30 pm. When arriving please click the security buzzer under the window to the right of the door and leave device on the table in the entryway. |
HEALTH SERVICES |

Over the next several weeks the health services team will be reaching out to families with current health conditions on file to review and make any updates/changes for the 20-21 school year. Please click here for kindergarten health forms and bring with you to your meet and greet on August 18th. If you are brand new to the district and have a health condition to discuss or report, please email laurel.gretebeck@stoughton.

SCHOOL PICTURES |

Planning for school pictures grades 1-12 will resume at the point in time the district is in a position to discuss a move to onsite learning. KINDERGARTEN ONLY will have pictures taken 8/18 at the Kindergarten Meet and Greets. Watch your inbox for an appointment sign up email form your building kindergarten team. Communications should come out by 8/11. **Note that our focus is on kindergarten students as we currently do not have an pictures on file for them in our student software which will be critical when we resume classes on site. |
