Kegonsa School Store is a place where students can go during their lunch recess. The store is managed by the students and all profits go back to Kegonsa Working For Kids. Items in the store range in price from 5 cents to $1.50. They include pencils. erasers, sharpeners, grips and memo pads. If your child would like to shop at the store, please send all monies in an envelope with your child's name on it. Site: Kegonsa Elementary Multi-Purpose Room

The Long Awaited Wall
Kegonsa students have been waiting patiently for our very own climbing wall.Ever since Kegonsa won the Lil Syndette Mai participation award in 2009 we have been working toward collecting money to build our own climbing wall. The students voted on it and decided that was how they wanted to use the award. Thanks to donations from our Working For Kids group and our recycling program we are set to go for our 8 by 16 foot wall with over 100 hand holds. Our recycling group, organized by Mr. Young's 4th Grade class has earned over $600.00 by collecting sandwich bags, juice pouches, lunchable boxes, a... (Continued)

Norwegian Dancers Visit Kegonsa
The The Stoughton Norweigen Dancers came to visit us this Friday, Feb. 10, and perform as a warm-up to Norse Afternoon of Fun, this Sunday, February 12, at 1:30pm. At the Norse Afternoon of Fun some of our very own 4th Graders will be perfomring with the Dancers.

How to subscribe to RSS Feeds:





In order to subscribe to an RSS feed you will need two things, an RSS reader (also known as a news aggregator) and url (web address) of the RSS feed that you wish to subscribe.

» Download and Install a News Aggregator / RSS Reader - or use a RSS-enabled browser.

» Locate the web address (url) of the RSS feed (XML file) that you wish to subscribe - usually you can just click on the orange XML or RSS button.

» Many of the news readers will allow you to set the interval that the software will look for a feed update others simply update daily.

» The information in the feed will be updated when the feed contains new content.

You can choose to subscribe to the entire site RSS feed (ALL Feeds), or an individual feed found on each tab.

A news aggregator or RSS reader is a software application that collects and displays news headlines and summaries from sources that you have designated. An RSS feed is an XML document that contains the news headlines and summaries.
